Right now, I am working my way through a DVD lecture series by The Great Courses:
Understanding the World's Greatest Structures: Science and Innovation from Antiquity to Modernity.
The person giving the lectures is Professor Stephen Ressler, who graduated from West Point, is an engineer, and has won many prestigious awards. There are 4 DVDs, each with 6 lectures that are 1/2 an hour long. I have completed 7 so far.
It is a VERY interesting course. I really highly recommend it.
